Research has shown that regular attendance and good punctuality are crucial factors in pupil’s achieving their full potential in education. At SSPP we want to work with parents and carers to ensure pupils attend attend school every day and on time. We are always pleased to work together with parents and carers in resolving any difficulties, but we were also committed to improving attendance levels in school.
School’s target attendance figure for all pupils is a minimum of 96%. Based on your child’s current attendance they will be placed in the one of the following groups.
96% – 100% |
93% – 95.9% |
90.1% – 92.9% |
Below 90% |

The pupils in the Amber and Red group are at risk of underachievement in education
