Books are changed and given out on a Monday.   Please return your books to school by Friday so they can be changed after the weekend.

Make sure your child understands the story and can read it with fluency and accuracy before changing it. Ask lots of questions to the children!

Homework is handed out on a Monday. Homework this half term will be practical therefore you do not need to return it to school.

The spellings will be handed out on a Monday and children tested on Friday. Each child will receive 5 spelling s a week.

Please encourage your children to learn their spellings each week as it will help with their daily writing in school.

Our P.E day is a Thursday this term.

Children should come to school with their PE kit on. You can wear a tracksuit and trainers with your PE kit underneath. Please bring your PE pumps in a bag.

Home Learning

If your child is self isolating you can ring school to arrange to pick up a Home Learning Pack.

Children have all been given individual passwords to access Mathletics and Purple Mash from home, this is a really useful online learning tool to support your child’s learning from home.

Here are some useful links to help with home learning.
